We rebuild and repair many ATV & motorcycle parts from Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Harley - Davidson, Polaris, Arctic Cat, Bombardier, and almost all other OEM all terrain vehicle, motorcycle, utility vehicle, scooter, trike, golf cart, go kart, dune buggy & jet ski equipment  manufactured in the US, Europe, Japan & China (Sunl, Kazuma, Howhitt, etc.)

Rebuilt parts are disassembled and cleaned, Worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced and serviceable components reused. The unit is reassembled / repainted and shipped to the customer. Turnaround time on most parts is less than a week if we don't have to wait for parts.
Turnaround time is usually within 1 day of receiving your old "core" if we have a unit like yours and you'd like to exchange it.
Or, you can call today, pay the part, and pay a returnable "core charge" and we'll ship ASAP. When we receive your rebuildable core we will refund the core charge to you.

bulletDamaged, unavailable parts can often be saved. Sometimes, parts with only minor damage can be repaired for a fraction of what it would cost to replace them.
Complex repairs may cost more, but sometimes, is the only alternative when a good used, NOS, OEM or new aftermarket part isn't available.

Axles, hubs, gear & shaft spline repair / resplining.
Old material that's been worn away on axles can be repaired by adding material back to the worn area by conventional welding, or by a process known as "metallizing" - or spraying molten metal onto the worn area. Once the metal has been built up, it can be machined back to it's original specs, or to whatever you'd like if you need something special or different - more or less splines, slotted for key & keyway instead, etc.

Cylinder relining / re-sleeving.
Cylinders can often be saved by boring the damaged cylinder out enough to accept a new liner or "sleeve". The cylinder sleeve is then bored to the correct size and honed to fit the new piston.  Resleeving is something that goes back to the days before the "disposable society". You do not have to trash your whole bike because the cost of a new set of cylinders from the dealer costs more than what your bike's worth today. Not only is the repaired cylinder usually every bit as good as the new cylinder it replaced, but is often times better.

Chinese 4 wheelers, pocket rockets, pit bikes, generators, and everything else is popping up everywhere, and a lot of it is impossible to get repaired. Even if you do find the right part, for some reason, they might not actually fit when you get them since the parts seem to vary from batch to batch.
Even when some Chinese manufacturers parts are not available. We can often make parts that are unavailable or discontinued in our machine shop. Or, in many cases, adapt parts that are similar, or better than the original that's being replaced. (Especially on parts from China).

"Rebuildable" cores mean units that are complete enough to be repaired by standard methods. If your engine threw a rod through the bottom of the engine cases, too many things are broken to be considered rebuildable. If the axle or CV joint on your four wheeler flops around, or if it just needs bearings, etc. it's considered rebuildable.
